When selling a gift card or modifying your avatar displayed in the app, you are required to upload an image to complete the appropriate function, but it is entirely up to you to authorize this, or you may choose not to.
Information related to the gift cards you sell or trade, including transaction history and payment information.
We use your information to operate, maintain and improve Vondful and our services.
We use your information to process and complete transactions, including gift card transactions.
We analyze information to understand and improve the usage and performance of our applications and services.
We use your information to help maintain the safety, security and integrity of our services and to prevent fraud.
We hereby declare that the information collected is used only for the implementation and analysis of the functionality within the Application in order to better improve the experience and functionality of the Application. We will not share personal or any sensitive information about our users without their permission, thank you.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. However, no method of Internet or electronic storage and transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to access, update or delete your personal information. You can do this through your account settings or by contacting us directly. You also have the right to object to or restrict certain types of processing of your personal information.
You agree to hold harmless Vondful (and each of our officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and affiliates) from any claim, demand, action, damage, loss, cost, or expense, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, arising out or relating to:

If you are obligated to indemnify us, we will have the right, in our sole discretion, to control any action or proceeding (at our expense) and determine whether we wish to settle it.
In using our Services, you may view content or utilize services provided by third parties, including links to web pages and services of such parties ("Third Party Content"). We do not control, endorse, or adopt any Third-Party Content and will have no responsibility for Third Party Content, including without limitation material that may be misleading, incomplete, erroneous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable in your jurisdiction. In addition, your dealings or correspondence with such third parties are solely between you and the third parties. Once payment has been confirmed, the funds will be released from escrow. In case of an issue during a trade that cannot be settled, either party can dispute the trade. This will be investigated by the Vondful moderators, and a decision will be made according to evidence provided by both parties. Vondful moderators resolve disputes by evaluating trade terms, offer instructions, evidence of payment, trade chat interaction, user reputation, past trading history, as well as data submitted and/or collected in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We recommend that you review this privacy.
